sunday morning....not sure if its gooood or not...lol..still waking up...im ready to get back into the gym an back into a workout routine again..was tired yesterday afternoon an gave into food that i normally dont eat cause its just so high in salt an i kno i can make better choices..but yesterday i told myslf it would be ok...today the scales is up just a little but i kno its from the salt an that lotsssssss of water will be going in one end an out the other today...get the weight back down so i can record the loss i thought i was gonna have...today is cook ahead day..get things prepped ahead for a few days..make it easy to stick with the plan of just being able to go to the fridge an grab what is already fixed and stick with my plan...well gonna get up an get some water..get this day started...lol...get thiings to flowinnnnnnn.....have agreat one..
