I am new here and getting used to this layout been to a few other SB forums but this is pretty cool the way it is set up.

Menu for today:
B-veggie quiche,turkey sausage,coffee,tomatoes
S-none
L-salad of some type thinking egg salad tomatoes
S-string cheese,nuts,tea
D-turkey taco meat w.lettuce,cheese,tomatoes,little guac
D-SF jello
80-90 oz water
E-30 mins running and weights
