gooooooooood morning everyone!!!...woke up earlier then usual today and just decided to get up an start my day...46 out with a wind chill of 40...and i think the rain is over with for a few days hopefully...rained way to much yesterday...im sure one of these days we will be wishin for rain and not able to get it...already been on the scales again this morning down another pound and possible more..i got to thinkin about my eating again yesterday an noticed that even taking the hydroxycut, and not being hungry, i still have the urge to eat...mabye that will pass as time goes on...i kno that i need to eat something, which i have been just less then i normally would...its like as the nite time starts, then im hungrier or my body tells my mind that i am, cause ive noticed that i tend to snack more after supper now, then i use to....but i guess as long as im showin a loss i shouldnt think about it so much...is hydroxycut for everyone...im not sure...i just needed something to help me get past a part of this jouney that would help me speed up my metabolism more then exercising...im sure the exercise is helpin an i plan on continueing the exercise, just wanted more help to get it off...i still have 60 pounds to work off...and felt like i had reached a place in my journey that the weight just wasnt comin off like it once did..im sure that it was in inches an with toning, but when you see the scales showing the numbers its a mental thing as well...and something that i needed to keep me more focused...regardless of how focused you are, if the scales arent showing a loss sooner or later the focus seems to disappear...so todays plan is to get a morning walk in and then not sure whats in my schedule...talked to brian yesterday afternoon...he was talkin about wanting to do some wood splittin, but with all the rain, not sure we can make our way to the splitter as muddy as it is back there...might have to put that off for a couple of days till the sun drys out the path to it...also talked about using the bikes for exercise...ive been tellin him how the hydroxycut is helpin me work off some weight and i have his attention ...hes not as heavy as i am, but has a little bit of a tummy just from enjoyin his wifes cookin over the years and from eating out...something thats easy to get into the habit of doing once you get into a comfy routine...something that at times you dont realize until you think more about it and see whats happened from lettin it go on to long...well need to quit thinkin about stuff...an get up an get some water into my system along with breakfast...so...have a greatttttttttttt day!!!!

8. Drink 16 oz Of Water Soon As You Get Outta Bed ..You're Dehydrated From Sleeping 8 Hours !!!
9. Eat Your Highest Amount Of Calories At Breakfast !!!!!
10. At Lunch Eat Fewer Calories !!!!!
11. At Supper Eat Even Fewer !!!!
12. Water !!! ..Water !!! ...Water !!!...Flush Out Your System !!!
13. Keep Track Of Your Salt Intake !!!!!
14. Taking Days Off To Rest Is Necessary... For Recovery !!!
15. Doing Hi-Intensity Workouts Builds Up My Heart Muscles So That I Can Get More Oxygen Into My Body To Burn Off More Of The Calories !!!!!
16. Dont Starve Your Body Of The Calories It Requires !!!!
17. Exercising Can Become An Enjoyable Experience That You Look Forward To Each Day !!
18. And Lastly ....Your Only In Competetion With Yourself...Do The Best You Can Do Everyday !!!!!
19. The Scales Isnt Your Only Way Of Keepin Track Of Your Loss Of Weight..How Are The Clothes Fitting !!!!

was lookin at alot of my goals to focus on an they go against what im doing to my body the last several days, but im tellin myself that my body needs a change to keep it guessing ...to make it wonder what the heck is going on...

gooood morning twin!!!...dont worry...im gettin more calories then you think some days...yesterday was a higher day for me...so had more calories to burn last night when i was sleepin...

Great to see those goals again! Just as a reminder for all of us! I know what you mean about focus. Much of the struggle is just thinking of ways to make this important and meaningful effort appear "brand new." Keep the faith!
