Good morning! I'm getting better about using my food scale. It turns out I've been overestimating an oz of bread. At the same time, I've been underestimating a pat of butter or an oz of cheese. I've REALLY been shorting myself on protien this whole time!

I found that weighing and recording everything I eat on FS helps to visualize the macros going in each day, which then helps my discipline to stay on plan.

Weighing your food is the gold standard. It just becomes normal habit. If you are out somewhere, you guess but at home it helps with comsistency
