Well, I got off track for a while, so Induction, here I come again! I didn't gain any, but I didn't lose any, so I guess that's the good news. I need to find some more easy recipes that I like - I found when I don't prepare at least one day ahead of time I start falling behind and then think....oh what the heck, I already messed up for the day, might as well have "this" or "that". Thank goodness my cupboards are bare of all sweets but Atkins shakes and bars! It's the office kitchen that has been my downfall when people bring in yummy pastries.....okay, so no more going to the kitchen! For today, it's onward and upward, and downward on the scale this week I hope :)
