I've never heard of the poop thing until now. It won't work though, because the fluid and food you take in is expended as energy through heat, and in sweat, not just excrement. Sounds like these people misunderstood CICO completely. 

(or it goes to adipose or muscle if you are in surplus) 

only for the back spasms, same basic thing, probably not as cute

Katsolo, my Co worker uses saran wrap, it isn't cute or pretty. Lol 

Very temporary water weight loss. I see it at the gym sometimes. It's one thing if you're a boxer/wrestler trying to make weight, it's another if you're wearing it to burn fat lol 

Lol "Sweat is fat crying!" Statements like that don't help the confusion. 

All the empty/shallow/faux-gritty motivational quotes (sorry, I just hate them) copied and pasted and shared all over Fitness Instagram don't help either by constantly repeating "Sweat" and "Fire" and "burn/melt fat" making people thinking that getting fat off is just a matter of overheating. It's exercise/training and cutting down on food, not going to war.  

People seriously still use saran wrap? Wow. Right up there with that gorilla glue lady. Duct tape and a garbage bag for you, son!
