I'm thinking I need to up my calorie intake. I've been good about working out consistently and following an 80/20 diet but my weight seems not to be making and movement. I've just recently added some Les Mills Pump so I'm hoping that will help me kick that plateau in the butt. :-)

I take body pump too! It's pretty intense!! Do you ever carb cycle? I don't know how your body takes to that, but for me, I have to have one day where I up my carbs dramatically (fairly clean carbs still, with a couple of "dirty" ones.) It kickstarts my metabolism again. I don't know how it would work for you, but it works for me on plateaus!! Unless you are referring to a muscular plateau. I have to change my workout dramatically to fix those.. lol.
