gooooood morning...wanted to share yesterdays journey...drove my sister to a doctors appoinment yesterday...a check up...on the way home she wanted to stop at mcdees for a meal...she ordered hers ...and tells me if i want a chocolate shake to get it...shakes are my downfall...but i stood firm...and she gets a happy meal...and coke...ive told her for a long time that soda is a no no if your trying to get the weight down..but shes got it in her head that anything thats diet is good for you...anyways...as i drove home i told her that it all smelled great..an she offered me some fries...i said nope..i didnt need the salt...or the grease...but that it all did smell goood.....and i deep down inside i was thinkin to myslf how good it would taste...but i resisted my temptations...as we got into town...then she decided to go to dairy queen for another soda...all the time im thinkin...water would be better...but i didnt say nothin...just kept quiet...an drove...as we got to the drive thru she orders an says if you want a shake or anythiing just say so...and the thought of a shake did cross my mind...but instead i stood my ground and i said no im good...we are almost home an i have FREE stuff at the house to eat...or drink...i was so proud of myslf yesterday for not giving in...yes it was hard...but after seeing results yesterday and knowing that as long as im determined an consistent with my efforts it will show up sooner or later...this morning when i got outta bed...i had to pull my sweats up...ive noticed for the last few days that my sweats seem to be getting loser in the hips...need to pull tie and retie it smaller...a GREATTTTTTTTT THING.... and motivation to keep on keepin on....its a long journey that many give up when they dont see the results they expect to see....but you have to keep trying ...tweaking your food menu and exercsing to work them calories off...im a firm believer in calories in...calories burned off....and for me...i am seeing results...its a matter of staying focused and knowing all this retraining myslf to eat better and exercising is the way it should be...so many temptations in life...a struggle on every corner...but im determined to never ever give up on myslf...ive came to far to go back into old habits and old lifestyles....sure there will always be mess up from time to time...and its ok...as long as i dont make a habit of it...like i did in the past...im a survivor and im gaining on this new lifestyle change day by day...have a greattttttttt day everyone....

addon..i woke up early ...and already weighed in for the morning...an got to thinkin about yesterday an how impressed i was with myslf for not giving in...in a while it will be time to head to the gym and get in another wonderful workout...and exercise once again...and think about how proud i am of myslf and of everyone that has made the change in there life to becoming a healthier person...and all the benefits it brings with it.....

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
1.5. I AM FIRST !!!!!...I AM DOING THIS FOR ME !!!!!
2. WATER...DRINK THE WATER TO FLUSH OUT YOUR TOXINS ...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE...BURN OFF THE CALORIES YOU ATE..KEEP INCREASING THE EXERCISE TO BURN MORE!!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU EXERCISE, EAT THE MOST
CALORIES AROUND YOUR WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY
GOES ALONG TRY AND DROP THE CALORIES...
5. FOR ME MY PLAN WORKS BETTER IF I KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO 300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. WATCH FOR THE HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD
7. DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY FOR RECOVERY FROM WORKOUTS !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART
MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO
BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!
10. BE TRUE TO YOURSELF !!!!!!

11. AND AS LISA ONLINE WOULD SAY...."Have Fun"! TOWANDA!!!!!

good morning loosin...what a wonderful journal...you did so great resisting yesterday and i am very proud of you...you are working hard exercising at the gym and those pants are getting looser and you're right...just think about the results you are achieving..yay for you. i hope you have a wonderful day today and thank you so much for being my buddy..by the way do you have your scale and do you like it?

thanks cathy..no i havent bout the scales yet...in fact had forgot about them..lol...short memory at times...but will write it down an continue to look an read reviews on it...thanks for reminding me...

Loosin, what a guy. When you not only battle the food, but have to tolerate the "smell", OMG, that is tough. You just proved to yourself how much willpower you have and congrats Loosin! I only wish I had the willpower and when temptation shows its nasty little head, I would have to remember your journal today. Way to go buddy, way to go!!!!
