Well finally got the internet working so I haven't been on here for a few days. Went to see the Nutritionist today and she said she is proud of the job I am doing. Since I saw her in April I am down 11 lbs. and she can tell that my body portions are getting smaller. That really brighten my day. Went to Curve's and did 2 round of machines by myself and than did 1 round doing body basics so I got a pretty good workout today. Now I am tired and could just take a nap but I got to get dishes done and weed the garden and then pick the other half up from work. Always on the go.
