It was just way too easy to eat like crazy, and sit on my ass all weekend. We traveled to Colorado to see family and friends for the weekend, ate fast food on the road, and indulged in Birthday celebration food and drinks. I didn't do Zumba Saturday cause the kids soccer now takes up that time slot. I am going to either have to get up early on Saturdays to get my work out done, or plan on it after lunch (by either going back to the gym, or if Billy is working, doing a video or two at home.) I didn't do anything on Sunday, since more than half of my day involved driving. My family and friends all commented on my weight loss, and said I looked great. I was liking that, but also had that voice in the back of my head saying "oh you just wait, I'm not done yet."
I want to get some extra cardio in today to try to make up for the possible 5lbs I packed on over the weekend. I'm not going to weigh myself, cause I fear this is too true.
Im officially one week into the welbutrin, and have had a headache every single day. I'm sad about this. I like the mood it puts me in, but the headaches make it not worth it. I'm going to go another week and if the headaches don't subside, I'll quit. Then I don't know what I'll do. I'm hating this search for the perfect antidepressant.
I'm super hungry right now, despite the hearty oatmeal I had for breakfast, and want girl scout cookies, or a zero bar real bad. I'll try my best to keep my diet on track the next few weeks. I just have to keep focusing on looking good for my trip to Ohio. I want my friends jaws to drop, and then go on and on about how great I look.
When I get back from Ohio, I think I'm going to ask my doc for a PT referral, and get focused on finding a way to get my legs strong, and plan for my hip replacement surgery in a year or two (once we are out of Nebraska, and in a good home.)
