Hello and Happy Saturday FS!

Well, no drop today. That’s ok! There’s always tomorrow and the next day! I was talking to hubby last night wondering whether I could meet my current goal by my birthday (Aug 30). Would be nice. I’m going to try but don’t know if it’s doable.

8 pounds in 5 weeks is a pretty ambitious goal, but it's not impossible to accomplish. From May 1st through June 5th (about 5 weeks), you lost from 176 down to 167.4 - a loss of 8.6 pounds. So, not only is it doable, but you've done it before! That gives me great confidence that you can do it again. Maybe check your food diary from that period of time, and try to duplicate it in the coming weeks. Best wishes for meeting your goal by your birthday!

Thanks Debbie! I’m going to try! Although for me, it seems like the closer I get to my goal I tend to self sabotage. I don’t feel that way as I’m still feeling motivated! A rarity… Thanks again for your support!
