Baked farm fresh eggs, my once a week indulgence. I won't even look at today's cholesterol!

You make more cholesterol in your cells than is in that egg. Each cell makes cholesterol so the more of you that there is, the more cholesterol you make.

Lol, on days when I eat just one egg, I have to eat vegetarian or else the cholesterol intake is too high! Of course, I was eating 95 percent pescatarian, probably 85 percent vegetarian, anyway until I hit a willpower wall. Trying to get back to that again when I’m ready.

Inexpensive, low calorie, high quality source of protein. Most of the nutrition is in the yolk. This is one egg... please enjoy without guilt! You are doing your body good!

Thank you everyone! My low sodium/ low cholesterol diet gets me down sometimes! I used to have 2 eggs in the morning, and now it's an occasional 1 egg and 1 egg white. I will have to check with my doctor if certain types of cholesterol don't count as much. Even if it does, the eggs are worth it!

And if you don’t eat cholesterol, your body makes the kind of cholesterol that causes heart attacks!
