I have finished week 1 of Induction and am 3 days into week 2. So far, I have lost 4 pounds but there have been a couple of ups along with the downs. I haven't experienced any strong cravings and am pretty satisfied with the food so far. Just having some trouble thinking of variations of eggs, etc.
