I refuse to give up on me! I am back on track! Decided to do WW and I will get this weight gain off of me and KEEP it off! This is a fact! And, I can use all the encouragement you all can offer.

Remember the weight loss, remember the little milestones that you will come across- mine: more and more walking up the stairs like a normal person, and not one step at a time, walking around walmart without the use of a cart, the little mile stones will help you to keep going- when things get rough... Today is the first day of your life.. keep going on the right track

Thanks hoosier, I will remember to note the milestones...big and small!!!! The first milestone.....I stayed on program today! So if I could do it today, then I can do it tomorrow too!

I've been doing it now for 2 months 3 weeks. I'm feeling SO much better physically and mentally. You will too. It seems like a long time but honestly it flew by. I look forward everyday,,, that in 2 more months what will I weigh and look like,, what about 3 months? It's a wonderful feeling to know that YOU TOO can do it. I've researched this diet and that diet etc... I had to find what worked for me. Sometimes it stops working, so I change it up a little and start dropping pounds again. It takes determination and willpower. You know you have that. Never give up. You got this!!!!
