I feel like I'm in a holding pattern! Same weight for three days now. Frusterating. I think I need to exercise more.

It's very normal to stay the same weight for 3 or more days. Sometimes our weight will the stay the same weight for days on end and then have a big drop. It all depends on our bodies, foods we eat, exercise, genetics, et. As long as your overall trend is downward, that is all that matters. Patience and persistance will get you to goal. Good luck!
