SamEatsLess's Journal, 27 May 2014

I'm entering what I have been doing diet wise for future reference. So if I fail at any point I'll know what I was doing right.

All refined and artificial sugar along with any industry preservatives are strictly banned.
Two big meals a day with loads of complex carbs and a wee bit of protein (lentils).
Veggies also make regular appearances throughout the week. Not every day, though.
Staying hydrated.
Having a sweet treat after every meal (an apple, honey with tea, fresh dates etc.)
Coffee reduced to just one cup on Fridays.

I've been going at this routine for 2 months (almost) and only over the last week or so has the weight started to shift. It's been a long road to here, but I feel better for it and am rarely hungry or have cravings.

Treading along. :)

I admire you for getting rid of the refined and artificial sugars. That is hard to do!
