goooooood morning...woke up early this morning..not sure why..but was ready to get to the gym and have a great workout...decided to change my breakfast from just a banana to eating oatmeal instead...complex carbs before a workout...more energy during your workout and also less sugar spike...and i can tell that it made a difference in my energy level...i had more energy an pushed my workout more ...really feel like i had a greatttttt workout like yesterday, but today it was cardio, and lower body...weight is up...and i kno its probly water or muscle gain..so gonna record it an get it over with...been hopin it would come back down, and i kno it is coming off in inches...so when i can get alittle money ahead..gonna get a scale that measures body fat ...then i will have a better idea of whats really going on when i step on the scales...

cardio....

treadmill ...30 min..hill pro...15 res...running interval again..had the speed up to 4.2 but only for 30-40 sec at times...

leg press...
8x8x180

toe press
5x8x180

Leg Exercise Hip Adductor
8x8x 120

elliptical 30 min..hill program..20 resistance...

a great workout again today...

Good morning! oatmeal is great in the morning, you know Quaker and Wegmans make a high fiber brand that has 10 grams of fiber. Glad you are enjoying your workouts. thank cathy...the great value oatmeal i get at walmart is high fiber with 10 grams of fiber...yeap...almost time for your vacation to start...as ive told you before just be yourslf and dont worry...im sure it will all go ok for you...enjoy the time with steve...

Gooooood mornin to you too ~ You are probably right on water/muscle. You work out a lot and are probably building a lot of muscle. It's the clothes that show the difference. We found a scale that measures fat also at Bed, Bath & Beyond. I cannot remember the price tho. We got it about a year ago now. They are nice, you program in your age, male/female, etc and it gives you water, fat, weight. Really handy to have. Gotta go, trying to slip in a note here and there to eveyone but we are kind of busy. Just wanted to say Hi!

thanks cindy an barb..i will go on bed,bath, and beyond an look ...im lookin now at a Omron Full Body Sensor Body Composition Monitor and Scale - Model HBF-510... but just looking...looking is free...falling in love with it is when it costs...lol...have a great day
