Weight gain slowly coming down. Mr. C is slowing everything down and that's frustrating. Will be drinking more water so hopefully that'll help.

Exercise is slowly getting ramped up. I'll need to put more focus and less distractions in it...

Exercise:
30 mins treadmill walking at 4.0 mph
30 mins bike 8.4 miles, 175 calories
20 mins elliptical
Tip:[b]no weights and no abs and no running!!![/b] Need to do these tomm no matter what

Food:
20-22 carbs!
bean curd stir fry (5 carbs)
soy milk (2 carbs)
2 l.c. cheese (2 carbs)
veggie patty (2 carbs) w tortilla (5 carbs)
coffee 2-3 cups (6 carbs)
Tip: need to watch my carbs more religiously, even in coffee

You are doing great with the exercise! Thanks for the push in my journal to run more. I'm not quite ready for 30 minutes at one time, but I'll try to work up to that. I'll have to look into those podcasts you mentioned. Is there a particular website you use for that? I hope Mr. C leaves you alone soon. Maybe you can find a sale on dynamite! Or try that "Smooth Move" herbal tea - a little less destructive. :)

I'm so proud of you! I know how hard you're working to reach your weight goal. So, now that this is tomorrow, I imagine you will be doing abs, weights, and running, huh? WELL, LET'S HOPE WE COME ACROSS EACH OTHER'S PATH ON THE RUNNING THING! We'll give each other a high-5!!
