Week # 2 that I went to the 5:30 a.m. Wednesday aerobics/circuit training class at the gym... I once again feeling like I want to die, but I'm sure it will only get better as the day goes on... Rolling eyes at MYSELF! :-/
On a bright note... I weighed in at 192.4 after the workout. I will not log that one in on the official weigh in because it is not the way I normally weigh in, but we'll see how tomorrow looks ;)
