Got 10,064 steps today, walking at WE, then at Costco, then Cabinet store, then Home Depot. Too tired to do anything else when got home. Headache & fatigue. HR 53 BP 130/76 in a.m. about same around 4:30pm.
Not gonna take that neurontin tonight. Headaches, somnulence, & possibly the wt gain...not worth it.
