So last night’s dinner didn’t go so well. Although absolutely delicious it all came back up in less than a half of an hour. :(
But I ended up keeping a cup of tea down a few hours afterwards.
This surgery, although very necessary is really beginning to mess with my head. Some days I’m forcing myself to take a bite or two… other days I’m missing food so much I’m sitting on the iPad scrolling ‘food porn’ lol.
I’m not even able to feel good about the weight losses because I feel I’m being cheated out of normal everyday experiences like a simple dinner.

Sorry for the verbal incontinence, feeling really down today

Your recovery sounds tough! Don't be afraid to mention to your healthcare team the difficulties you are having. so sorry to hear you are suffering.. May you find full health soon.
