Just because you have a wedding, it doesn't have to be a total write off! I have found that when I have events, it helps to stay with simple food items. For instance, a few slices of roast beef, some salad, green beans, etc. Staying away from "a bite of this and a nibble of that" makes food logging 100 times easier to manage and keeping the app on your phone makes it even easier still. I found that if I don't log one meal, it makes me tempted to blow off a whole day. Blow off a whole day, and you might blow off a weekend. That's what can lead to a 5 pound gain. I just found out that I'm no longer allowed to have refined sugar which makes saying no to cake at these events a whole lot easier. I wish you the best at your event and hope you can get back to Curves soon to you don't tighten up too much!

It’s great to go in with a plan and the best thing is that you are preparing the food. Don't feel guilty about setting something aside that might be modified or geared to a little healthier eating. This is about your health and you not wanting lose progress. You can enjoy the wedding and make your goals a priority. Best wishes and enjoy!
