So FS buddies... I went to an EARLY morning aerobic/circuit training class this morning... they have this 45 min class every wednesday morning. I went to it ~3 weeks ago for the first time. The 2nd and 3rd day AFTER the class... i COULDN'T WALK. My body ACHED so badly, i COULDN'T walk without pain. I guess i will have to see how the rest of THIS week goes, but i feel good so far.

I weighed in immediately AFTER the class using the gym scale, and it said 191.2 #s. :) Wooooooo hoooooo ;)

Stick with it, Mike. You will only be sore the first few times you do it, and besides, the burn means its working! :-) Congrats on the new low!

I just started doing yoga, & I am very, very sore as well. I can empathize! Hang in there!

It does get better! I could barely walk after starting my 5:30 boot camp workouts. The first week is the worst, then it does get better.
