wakin up before the alarm clock goes off does make a difference...good morning...im up and not feelin as tired...i did wake up before the buzzin of the clock this morning...so had time to wake up before it was time to get up...was such a nice day yesterday..in the 70s short sleeve weather and windows down in the car weather...really nice...my kind of weather...kept up an moving most of the day after my morning workout..and by afternoon i was slowing down but never got a power nap...when i layed down last night...i was out as soon as my head hit the pillow...had thought about rakin leaves since it was so nice yesterday but never got that close to the rake...lol..mabye today...probably a couple of bags of leaves from neighbors trees...well...bed is made already..an just finished breakfast...have noticed that eating complex carbs keeps me from being hungry thru the day...got time to spare this morning...today is cardio/lower...an im in the mood to go...but in a better mood once workout is over...lol...will update once i get back...have a greattttttttt day..

leg press...no leg press...lifted 2 -24 packs of water yesteday an didnt feel like doing lower body workouts today

thank you cindy...the scales just arent showing anything to be happy about...its almost like im maintaining instead of tryin to get the weight off...but no gain is ok to...lol...have a greatttttttt day as well..

Good Morning! Already done and back that's great. I know what you mean it does feel better when you wake before that alarm..I have been pretty tired this week too. Keep up the great work...those scales will move...Have a wonderful day!!! Oh and 70's I am jealous!!!

Hey loosin, glad to hear you got over the morning tiredness. Whatever it was maybe it's gone now. Your weather sure has improved dramatically! I'm not quite sure where you said you were located but even in Florida it was 69 this morning. Wow, now you can get outside like you wanted. I did real well on food yesterday and said in today's journal I had no evening cravings. Not to say I won't tonight ~ lol, but last night was a breeze for me. This oatmeal thing helps me a lot. I hope I don't get bored of it. Today I am having some strawberries in it, changing the fruit a bit. Have a greatttttt day as you say, and I will talk to ya later.

just gettin back up again..layed down an took an hour nappy...just needed the rest i guess..but already been in the kitchen cookin ahead and ready rock an roll rest of the day now...
