Today, I'm trying to get back on track again with recording my food intake. It really does help to do so. In the past it has worked for me.
It's not a matter of not knowing what to do...but a matter of doing what I know. I can think about losing weight all the time, but it won't do me any good just thinking about it. I NEED TO DO WHAT IT TAKES to achieve my healthy goal.
