I have been walking routinely, but have not been eating properly. Im finding out that I over eat and binge eat sometimes. Now that i am more conscious of this fact about mylself, i am consious about the times when i am tempted to overeat, or emotional eat, or just keep eating because it tastes good...
I takes courage to share the above. I have been dealing w/ depression, and this impacts my eating habits. As a woman, i also know that our weight tends to fluctuate anyway... especialy pre/post/during menstral cycle, which also come w/ its own cravings.
I might start food journaling again, to be all the more conscious of what i am choosing to eat.
Grocery shopping w/ a list, then sticking to that list does help.
Planning and preparing meals @ home for home and work, does help.
Preparing or having healthy snacks on hand does help.
