Weight seems to have plataeued off...seems like any workout I do now or meals under 20 carbs don't seem to do much more than just keep the weight steady and not increase esp on days when I get a glass of wine or over-indulge in high fatty foods. Overall, it's been 10 days since my lowest weight and I have not gone that low in these days...I need to shake things up again! Even though I feel tired, I need to go and put in those 2-3 hours in the gym tomorrow onwards otherwise all this measley exercises are doing is keeping the weight steady.

145.6

The weekend saw some slight damages that may have contributed to a lack of loss. I had two glasses of wine at a winetasting on Sat, and a little bit of fruit...Sunday I had an omelet for brunch at a resto. Even tho the latter was egg white, veggies, feta, and no bread (and just 2-3 pieces of home fries), I still wonder if just eating outside causes me to not lose any weight. Additonally, I have been eating these salty nuts and I have to cut them out completely and that may help in some way I hope.

For the next 5 days I am pretty much working from home so I am hoping that will help watch what I eat, and workout sincerely for those 2-3 hours daily. That and my article/book-writing is all I have to continue doing through this spring break...I really want to see a substantial loss by Sunday (like maybe, 140 lbs?)

Exercise today: 60 mins
30 mins o bike, 7.8 miles, 157 calories, 4-5 level.
30 mins treadmill, 2.1 miles, 253 calories, walked at 4 mph, except for 3 short 1-2 mins runs.

Meals:
Scrambled eggs, veggies, cheese, meatless crumbles (5)
coffee with cream (3)
peanuts 2 bags (8)
atkins bar (2)
1 lc. cheese (1) and few almonds (1)
tofu and veggies taste only(1-2)
Total: 22 or so

Felt very thirsty and full in the gym today. I imagine that's all the salt and fats from the nuts. None of that tomorrow on...and workout twice a day..hopefully I'll get my energy all restored!!!

Keep hanging in there, Girlfriend! The salt from the nuts will definitely not help the cause, and when you eat out, you don't know what the heck they put in the food. What you ate today looks to be right on track (except for maybe the peanuts :). Exercise 2 - 3 hours a day?! Wha! I'm going to get back on the exercise program but my part of the deal is 1/2 hour per day...LOL...and I have trouble just doing that! Hey, I see that CSU is in the NCAA basketball tournament. Of course I'll be rooting for Pitt though...hee hee.

Yup, I'll bet if you cut that salt you'll start seeing the scale move down again. Hey, weren't you the one who told ME that when I first started?! Time to take your own advice. :) Have a great workout today!

Nuts are hard to eat just a little of and they are so loaded in calories. I'll bet that if you cut out the nuts for a week, you will see some progress on the scales. Then you'll know who the trouble maker was! Darn nuts! Why do they have to taste so good?
