Back from 13 days in Maui. Left on April 16th and arrived home late last night. It was tough managing the carbohydrates and alcohol. I am positive I gained 10 pounds. It will be interesting to see where my weight is tomorrow morning (May 1, 2014).
Back on the diet. Managing carbohydrates in the key as well as eating more vegetables. Mike
