BurtDog's Journal, 27 April 2014

I finished the day yesterday with a down moment. Not sure how to stay active when I have so much on my mind. I have to find a way to relax and enjoy the thought that things happen and to just move on. Trying to stay focused in the end of the school year. Day 6. Not giving in.

Exercise is key when you have stress. Get your butt out there and do it. You GOT this!!!

Do a little in the morning so that no matter what else happens throughout the day you know you have that part taken care of. On my heavy days at work I will ride my bike 15-20 minutes right when I get out of bed. That way if I get stuck at work late I don't have the added stress of not being able to exercise.

I will try that Jeff. My wife gets up an hour earlier than I do. I will get up when she does and do a little work out. Down 2 lbs in a week. I know that will jump when school is out. More time to focus.
