174 is the lowest I have been in the past 5 years, that’s where I want to get back to. So I need to lose an additional 46 pounds to get there, my goal is to do that by Thanksgiving. So roughly 9 pounds a month, that is definitely doable!!!!

2 lb/wk is pretty aggressive, but you can do it!!!
