weight: steady (145.6). That's the good news. Last night's adventures in eating should have cost me bad, so thank god for the little mercy in not gaining anythign! Last night, after working out I ate about 6 servings of nuts and 2 mini atkins bars, all adding to about 28 carbs right then!! My workout was only 60 mins, and a little sluggish as I didnt even break a sweat.

My thigh and leg soreness from the lunges and squats had diminished mostly by the evening today, and I could actually walk and run on the treadmill so I decided to put in 40 mins on the treadmill, of which 10 mins was two intervals of running at 4.6 mph, and the rest was walking at 4.0 mph. I sweated a bit. I also did 20 mins of bike at level 3.

Total: 60 mins, 8 miles, 405 calories

Meals: Weird combination!
Breakfast: 1 atkins bar (3) and coffee with cream (3)
Late lunch (evening!): mock duck stir fry (3-4 carbs)
1 bag of peanuts : 4 carbs
2 remaining servings of nuts (mostly peanuts): 8 carbs
post-workout: soy milk (2)
total: 24 carbs

All the nuts were making me full and sluggish. I even started to get a stomach ache after 5 mins of running. NO MORE BUYING OR EATING PEANUTS OR CASHEWS AS OF TOMORROW!!! ALMONDS ONLY IN MODERATION!!!
