So far so good. I have concentrated on keeping the bad food out and the good in. I know the 2 breakfast burritos this morning were a bit much but at least it was not on white bread with a ton of butter. I love fruit but the sugars often cause my blood sugar to rise. (Your kids are your motivation)
Day 2 of a million miles. Today was a great day. Absolutely beautiful outside and the students were enjoyable to work with. We have our parade on May 3rd, I hope to be down at least 3-5 lbs for the parade.
