Some mornings I just get up and walk around my apt. And try to get at least 1000-1500 steps in. Then I go out in my corridor walk a couple hundred steps then outside for an hour-1 hour and a half

Other time I go to the grocery store and back. That's 6 miles. If I am too tired I take the bus back. Been doing this since last july...I walk everywhere.
