This has been a slow week for me. But had a Cheese burger pie from King Pie for lunch yesterday and had KFC for dinner. So I guess this is to be expected. At least the weight is still dropping.
266.3 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 112.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
