So today I slept in for some reason. No idea why as I didn't think I had over done anything. I mean yes my back hurt from grocery shopping and carrying in the groceries but I didn't think it was bad. Now today is a lazy not recording every last drop of food in my mouth or exercising to the point I want to drop. Today is just a day that makes me smile.
I met with Sandy and had coffee as he was in town and had a couple of hour that he could spare. I didn't realize he was short but not shorter than me.
