Saturday Blues - BBQ fundraiser event going on that I really want to attend...but if I go I will eat. So I choose to stay inside and be good. I know in the long run this will be best!! Monday will be two weeks on inductions and 10 pound gone!! YEA
Weight has stalled the last two days due to eating out for dinner. I did a great job planning my lunch at Longhorn but I'm sure they had some hidden carbs in the meal. But life goes on and I'm not going to let this new LIFESTYLE make me a hermit.
I have been carrying this weight around for 20 years - IT WILL COME OFF BUT NOT OVERNIGHT. Stay STRONG and Steady....you know if you waiver any the weight will come on fast!!
