GOOOOD MORNIN EVERYONE!!!...alittle warmer here this morning again..45 with a wind chill of 39..was so nice an sunny here yesterday an another nice day again today as well...got 2 walks in yesterday and did some crunches on the floor as well...gonna have to push myslf now more since im not going to the gym..todays plan is another morning walk, then crunches and a few stretching exercises...an then after lunch another walk, start gettin into a habit now so by the warmer months it will be a routine...brian has an exercise bike at the house that im gonna latch onto next time im there an bring home an start using ...its an older one, but will still be an exercise to do...gonna get ready in a few for a morning walk an will have to remember not to layer on so many layers since its warmer...lol...not sure if im headed out to brians today or not...hope so..yesterday seemed like an extra long day just sittin around the house...so gonna try an get out ther today to help him some...and if i dont go, then will probly go outside an do some rakin and get some of the tree brances an leaves picked up from under the trees...to nice to stay inside an not be enjoyin the warmer weather..well need to get up an moving again...woke up at 4am and got up an movin...ready to get this day started once again...have a great day!!!!

12. Water !!! ..Water !!! ...Water !!!...Flush Out Your System !!!
13. Keep Track Of Your Salt Intake !!!!!
14. Taking Days Off To Rest Is Necessary... For Recovery !!!
15. Doing Hi-Intensity Workouts Builds Up My Heart Muscles So That I Can Get More Oxygen Into My Body To Burn Off More Of The Calories !!!!!
16. Dont Starve Your Body Of The Calories It Requires !!!!
17. Exercising Can Become An Enjoyable Experience That You Look Forward To Each Day !!

You long day of sitting around the house sounds wonderful to me. I might have one of those days this weekend. My husband has an expression. He says, "Let's make today last all day!" That's what you did yesterday. You made the day last all day. Have a fine, sunny Thursday!

just got home from a morning walk..really nice out today..54 right now with a high today of 66...did 3.46 miles in 68 min...an all along the way i was thinkin...i need to add to my walk...so im sure as it starts gettin nicer i will be adding on to the morning walk, or be takin another morning walk before lunch time when i can fit it in...

warmer here today as well! this weekend is supposed to a warm one, so i'll get out and move around! good job on the exercise!!

weighed in today, decided to record it...got tired of waitin on the loss to show back up...pants are still fittin great...so just a number on the scales...on a weather note...very windy here today with temps around 60-65...nice if the wind would just quit...
