GOOOOOOOOOOD MORNIN EVERYONE!!!...cept for my nose feelin really dry im good to go again..been using nose spray to keep it from being so dried out last few days...27 outside this morning ..wind chill of 19...but im going for a morning walk and thats all ther is to it...then headed out to brians once again to help him...got the transmission out of a truck yesterday and need to work on a few other things today an tomow..weather here this week is nicer with more sun shine thur the daytime...an warmer temps as well...i did go walkin inside yesterday morning, but only did 30 min before i was tired...so although i feel better my energy level needs to build back up again...i was tired yesterday when i came home an salt was my friend..so naturally the scales are up some today compared to what it should be..but ive decided to quit using the scales everyday cause they just fluxuate ?? from day to day ...an weigh in once a week like i use to...besides as long as i watch what i eat, which i normally do and the pants keep gettin looser, the heck with what the scales say...only a number...and not always a number that tells the whole story...soooooo....gonna eat breakfast in a few an then layer up once again...an head out for that morning walk...have a great day...hope everyone is doing great!!!

15. Doing Hi-Intensity Workouts Builds Up My Heart Muscles So That I Can Get More Oxygen Into My Body To Burn Off More Of The Calories !!!!!

Good morning! I am liking Goal Number 16 this morning! You remind me to give my body what it needs - in healthy portions - of course! The temperatures are supposed to warm up as the day goes on. By the time I get home from work the afternoon might be nice for a great outdoor walk! Have a great day!

Make sure you are using the nose spray that has glycerin. It's a little more expensive but well worth it. The only one I could find the last time I looked is in a metal can with a long spout. Cant remember the name. I have problems with my nose drying out too and bleeding when the weather is dry or I travel to Wisconsin. I am spoiled by the gulf coast humidity.

just got back from a morning walk...cant believe how outta energy i was after only 10 minutes but i did my 3 mile morning walk..an got that in under 57 min..came home an mom is sick today...her ears are plugged up, nose is like mine was plugged up and she worse then i did when i was sick..so probly gonna set up a dr. appointment for her an see if they can get her on somethin today to get her past the dizziness...catch you all later...

If you will forgive the generalization - your comment about pilates over on my journal reminded me of my own opinion about pilates. In my view - the workout seems more feminine than masculine. My hasband has done pilates with me a few times. He looks so "cute" with the pink plastic toning bands! Ha!

thanks for the post...i really needed #16 - i was seriously contemplating skipping lunch for the rest of the week...also i had my sinus's cleaned out and now i use ocean's spray salenine solution...it is non adictive and doesn't taste bad...good luck
