goooooood mornin...ice finally quit falling...an we had mabye an inch of snow on top of it all...would of took the snow anyday...power did go off last night for maybe an hour is my guess...i was already in bed snozzin...heard mom up movin around...its on this morning..thats all that matters...22 with a wind chill of 12 i think it said on weather channel...so...another day of no gym time...did get out yesterday morning an went to the store...so im sure today will be a stay off the streets day...will go out later an salt the sidewalks and around the vechile...did that yesterday when it was rainin..but im sure all the rain washed it away...o well...glad the storm is over with...wasnt as bad as it could of been...i kept watchin it on the internet an 50 miles west of us and we would of just had rain only...so...we was just on the edge of the ice an rain...well enough about the weather...an whats keepin me from heading to the gym...i do have a 25 pound weight here...gonna use that afterwhile an get a short workout with it...im still alittle sore, but nothing like i was yesterday...i am ready to get back into the gym an get back into my routine...funny how you start doing a routine an you miss doing it when your unable to get there....hopefully tomow morning i can get to the gym an get part of my week in...will just have to see how the weather works out...well...hope you all are safe an warm and the storm is passing you by...have a great day...

Glad you are safe and the storm is over. Yes I understand that...once we start a routine it just doesn't seem right if we miss it. Hope you have a good day. We didn't get what they were prediciting and I am happy..

went out an checked to see if everything is still tied down in yard...im guessing it got warmer before we had that inch of snow as some of the drive is slick and some isnt..odd...neighbor next door has a limb down in back yard..not a big one..but big enough to cause damage if it has hit his house or garage...so will probly help him with that today...

You are a great neighbor to give him a hand. Be careful though. The drive to work was very slippery but other than that it was alright. We got some snow but nothing like they were predicting. I definitely don't feel like working today but have lots to do.. not 830 yet so I can still play for a while.

its snowing now, but not all that much...you do kno there was 2 storms...our first storm was nothing compared to the one that went thru yesterday...lol...

My exercise routine had a monkey wrench thrown into it too and you are right I missed it:) Keep safe and warm, perhaps build a fat snowman and watch him melt away....Make it fun Loosin:)TOWANDA!!!!

back in from cleaning off the snow...dry snow...glaze of ice under..but not as bad as you would think for all the rain/freezin rain we had all day yesterday...plan to get back into a routine tomow morning...
