goooooood mornin..well under a winter weather advisory today an tomow...so...no morning trip to the gym...in fact no trip anywheres...a day inside watching tv as long as the power stays on...hopefully it doesnt go off...i have to tell you, im so sore from my first cardio/weight routine that putting on a shirt/jacket is misery...lol...not been this sore in several years...but its a good sore..workin muscles that havent had that kind of movement in several years...its gonna be hard just to sit around today...so use to being up an moving an doing a morning workout and since i started a new routine, i want to get out an go that much worse...o well...guess its inside exercise today at the house..crunches and floor routine...well...have a greattttttttt one...trees are covered with ice...bet car is to...since it sets out at night...o well..good day to stay in..stay warm...

Well stay warm and find something to occupy yourself. I can certainly relate. I can not sit still and I hate when I can't leave but especially hate when there is no power.. lol hope your's stays on. Sounds like you are doing great at the gym. Glad you are feeling GOOD pain. You know what they say no pain no gain....Loosin sorry but I forgot. What area are you in?

looked outside at daylight..should of went to gym...storms not here yet...but when i looked out when it was still dark you could see the ice on the trees and the shine of the sidewalks...o well...mabye it will pass by an just leave some snow...

Whew, I don't know how you can stand this cold. Hope your power holds at least for heat and refrigeration. But I guess you could put your stuff in the snow or ice ~ lol. If power is on, can you work to an exercise video or find one on TV? I look outside and see sun and pretty trees/flowers. But, we get hotter and you will eventually have nicer weather. Hope you fare OK in the storm loosin. Be careful.

1pm...just came back in from salting the drive around vechile an sidewalk ...been rainin about 45 minutes...yes raining..but its 28...and its slick already...glad im in for the next 2 days or until the food runs out...lol...

Hey, your chart is dropping like the temps! Good going. This midwest storm/blizzard is amazing...work closed early today and tomorrow is a snow day. It's not so bad looking from the inside out of a toasty warm house. Won't be so great if the power goes out...no warmth, no hot meals, no movies. Think I'd better go see if I have fresh batteries for my flashlites...Where are my flashlites?
