Every day i go thru my news feed i see alot of i had a bad day, i fell off the band wagon. now i know my loss amount is small but i can still tell you this! Jillian Michaels told a Biggest loser (Tara): Tara: i was grocery shopping and i saw a bag of pita chips i picked them up and ate them while shopping! i ruined my whole day! im so upset with myslef!
Jillian: You cant live your life without pita chips.
<<(([[ THIS MEANNSSS: you cant live your life without the things you love to eat, you just need to find moderation for the thing you like and what is good for you. your life will be miserable if you never eat the things you like give yourself some slack its a journey to your new self.
Buy a bag of chips > eat one serving if you have to give the rest to some one else throw it out.
Buy a candy bar eat half/ eat it slow > make it last enjoy it
Just find the moderation make it work then go into your work out and burn the equavelent of those calories work alittle harder.
BUT PLEASE STOP BEATING YOURSELFS DOWN! ITS NOT A RACE ITS A LIFE STYLE, LOVE YOURSELF!`
