I lost my pedometer for a bit today. Apparently it came off my hip as I lifted a load of laundry into the washer. It too got a good washing. Once found, it still kept falling off my hip as I cleaned the yard, and picked up, put down, picked up, put down, picked up again my baby girl. So I don't know for sure my step count, but can hope its at 12500 with the cycle class I took, the yard work I did, and the chasing of 3 kids by myself all day.

I checked Billy into the hospital today for his radiation treatment. He is quarantined for the next 2-3 days. I miss him already. He says he feels grounded. Poor thing.

I enjoyed a soda, and a couple beers as my Friday treat. I am surprised at how full 2 beers made me.

I am so sore today. My right arm hurts really bad. I've tried not to work it out too much, but its hard not to use, considering I have to take care of the kids, and the house, and still work. Billy thinks its tendentious. My abs hurt pretty bad too, but that is a good thing. It's crazy that one hour of Pilates has hurt me for 2 days. I'm worried about how sore my legs will be after my first cycle class this morning. Lord knows my muscles were screaming during the class. My groin hurts already from the seat. My groin has had problems since my last pregnancy. My groin lymph nodes swell pretty easy now.

I did some research online last night on PKA stretching, and came across a IT Band stretch, that reminded me of a foam roll my last physical therapist gave me. That lead me to research the IT Band further, which makes me think the problem with my left leg is a snapped IT Band. I'd have to get an MRI to confirm this. From what I understand, there is a corrective surgery for this. I'm really hoping that there is. This research on the IT Band also had me looking into the tendinitis symptoms I'm having in my right arm that having me fearing a snap there if I can't find a way to let that arm rest. Billy really got me riled up when he laughed out loud at the idea that my doctor might put me on steroids. He told me about a patient of his that gained 25 lbs in one month after being put on steroids. I will not take steroids!!!! I just won't! No way would I risk that kind of weight gain! Pain over fat any day!

Though I really could've used some unexpected money in the mail today, that I did not get, I did get a package from my Momma. A box of fun, colorful, fuzzy socks! I just love her so much. This box of sox gave me a great big grin. Thanks Momma! This package was way more welcoming than the one I got yesterday. I got Holly's pretty pink puppy jacket I'd won off ebay. This made me cry. It actually reminded me of when my sister died, and a few days later I got the birthday gift I'd bought her from the VS catalog (something she wanted for a long time) in the mail. We live life as if those we love will always be there, but these are reminders that they might not be. Savor every moment. Show your love to those you love every day! I miss my dog :(
