Yesterday afternoon I went rollerblading for the first time in long time. Well i fell! HARD! My tailbone hurts like nothing I have felt before. My left arm buckled when I tried to slow my fall and so I hit my head. That is the last I will be doing on Rollerblades for a long while. I might postpone my workout for a few days until I feel a little better.
I did however, stick with not eating last night after 7pm. It was extremely difficult because I eat when I am bored more than anything else. And I was bored!! Going to start crocheting to see if that helps me some.
