Did an hour of "Insanity" today... it was the 1st time I have joined the group that does it on a regular basis at the gym I work out at... OMG, am I tired and sore. I can only IMAGINE how I'll feel tomorrow and even worse Friday... UGH... What was I thinking? :-/

Bubble... it WAS insane, but you can do it! I'm not sure how often I will jump into that little workout group, but it was an INSANE workout! lol :d
