1728 kcal Fat: 71.88g | Prot: 75.59g | Carb: 206.57g.   Breakfast: half and half, Old Fashion Oatmeal, skim milk, coffee, prunes, apple, Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal. Lunch: trader joe whole wheat entertainer crackers, jarlsberg cheese, celery, orange. Dinner: olive oil, lemon juice, green lettuce, celery, baby carrots, grape tomatoes, asparagus, sweet potato, wild alaskan sockeye salmon. Snacks/Other: apple juice, apple, sugar free jello, cabot whipped cream, Mini bites honey graham snacks, roasted unsalted almond. more...
