i snacked a little to much yesterday my husband bought a big bag of cad bury eggs and i figured a little wont hurt like Jillian michaels said "you cant live your life without pita chips." meaning you cant never eat the things you like you have to have moderation! but i also didn't drink my water. Im probably going out to eat to night with my grandmother in law i dont like eating out to much anymore ;,( everything is bad for you anymore if it not cals. it sodium. -_- you get a salad they dont have fat free dressing. such a pain.
151.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
