Yesterday, we had very nice weather so DH and I went for a walk. We walked for about an hour. I went from no activity at all (desk job) to walking 3+ miles. Needless to say I am sore. Pace is below human average of 15 min per mile but at least we got moving and this is a starting point. We rewarded ourselves with a nice salad from McAlister's as the sun was setting.

Google Fit! I used it for a while when I was still on my Android phone. Muscles sore is just like the hunger pangs during fasting: They are just temporary and getting over it makes you stronger ;)
