Ok...made it through the first day! Yeah me! Weight was down some this morning and I am so excited that decided to record it. Plus, the 90s were scary for me. May just be water but I’m taking it.

I’m trying to figure out what program. Right now, counting calories. I’ve been trying to wean from processed meats and I know my downfall is carbs. I love bread, pasta, potatoes,etc. My doc told me a few years ago to just limit anything white in my diet...easy to say but difficult for me.

189.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 54.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congratulations on getting through the first day AND on losing some weight already! Have you considered Keto or Intermittent Fasting? With IF you can still have the things you love, you just don't eat during certain hours (which you choose). There are lots of good books available about it. Praying you make the decision that is right for YOU!

Thank you Debbie! I will look into the programs you mentioned! In my past, I have done many programs from WW, South Beach, Zone, counting calories. Obviously I haven’t stuck with anything ... I would definitely like to be down some by my 70th (!!) BD in August so I’m feeling pretty motivated. Wishing you a Sunshiny Day Debbie,

Hmmmm, not sure what I did but my weight changed from this morning and I didn’t weigh in since. I think I was 189.6 or 189.7. I will weigh tomorrow. Still trying to figure APP out on my iPad.
