goooooooood wednesday morning...woke up an shut off alarm clock...i was awake, but body just didnt have the energy today..so i listened to my body for a change...and im taking the day off from the gym...been thinkin about my workouts..and also about doing a weight program...and have decided that im just not really ready to do a weight program yet...i thought i was...but with the weight still coming off from just doing cardio, why make changes to something thats working great ...so will continue to do 90 min workouts when my body will allow me to...if i can do a 2 hour workout then i will..just depends on how my body feels that day...build my body up ..so that 2 hour workouts seem as easy.. as the 90 minute ones do now...didnt get anything done yesterday but did get alotta extra sleep...sooooo...today is store day and walmart day as well...weather has been nicer last few days an the snow is starting to melt off everything...you can see the pavement again...for a change...so thats good...well..guess il make the bed an get with the program...when your use to getting up at a certain time ..hard to get extra rest..less your sick...lol...soooooo...have a great day...

Holy I dont know how you can do a 2 hour workout. Hope your body recovers and you feel better tomorrow. Maybe with how much you are doing you should only go to the gym every other day? Just a suggestion.

thanks for the suggestion, but i really enjoy going to the gym and gettin my morning workout...makes me feel like i have accomplished something ...i guess i do...i sweat off weight...and after i get my workout ...im ready for the rest of the day an what it has to offer...

Morning loosin ~ I would be happy if I just WENT to the gym let alone work out for so long. I always think about it but if I join and don't go, well, money lost. I'm not as disciplined as you. I could only go in the evenings and by then I'm too tired. I leave really early for work, so getting up even earlier (would have to be 3 am) is NOT an option. Our weather was really something last night. We get that occasionally here, quick fierce storms then it's all gone with just the damage left. We had none thank goodness. The news showed uprooted trees, etc, etc. I was looking at your chart and WOW, you really went down this week. That's awesome! Wish I could do the same, but I sure enjoy eating. My problem is the quantity and how often - lol. Enjoy your "warm" weather loosin and take care.

thanks cathy and tnn...once the weather starts getting warmer and the days start to warm up then going to the gym becomes harder for me as well...something about it being warmer outside changes my mood of being in the gym...im hoping this year that changes so that i can keep on track better...with all the different machines, different workout, and not a chance of my body gettin use to the same routine as long as i keep switching it up...
