Im having a hard time controlling my sodium intake i work 40 hours a week in retail at a Radio Shack and its really hard to find foods that are easy for me working 9 in the morning till 9 at night microwave meals are the easiest but are so bad in sodium i dont really know what to do im mean i pack salad but sometimes it just doesnt feel like salad is enough.

try adding more protein to your salad. When I make my salad I use around 4 oz. of lean meat and fat free shredded cheese. that will give you between 35 to 50 grams of protein.
